The Greatest of the Mall is here at Roxburgh Village in partnership with Melbourne Food & Wine and is a snack-fueled tribute to Melbourne’s legendary mall food scene, cooked up by Raph Rashid – the mind behind Beatbox Kitchen, Taco Truck and All Day Donuts.
Raph Rashid (aka The Snacc Boss), has been making his way through Roxburgh Village all in the name of creating something totally new – a snacc made just for you, inspired by the classics and reimagined for now ... a Cheesecake-filled Baklava Doughnut!

Raph Rashid (The Snacc Boss)
Raph was born to the snack life – or, as he’d call it, the snacc life. Growing up above a Malaysian restaurant in Melbourne, street food and street culture have been passions for him from an early age. He is one of Australia’s food-truck pioneers, and is also a celebrated photographer, a broadcaster, publishes his own magazine, and was inducted into the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival Legends Hall of Fame as a trailblazer in 2013.
