Rapid Induct will send you an email with a link to proceed with your induction. If you have any enquires regarding the progress of your induction you can contact Rapid Induct on 1800 307 595.
Please allow 48 hours for completion of the induction process.

The brand activating or their engaged agency’s project manager will be able to induct any employees, contractors or sub-contractors that will work within their team by completing the Emergency Short Term Induction Form.
- All individuals working onsite will need to read and sign the Short Term Induction Form, sign and return to Doriana Boscolo, Compliance & Risk Coordinator, [email protected]
- Prior to commencement of bump in, all employees should be inducted to work on site
- Copies of this form are available at the Security Office and can be completed on arrival
- Sign in of all staff must take place before commencement of works at Chadstone’s Security Office

All attending site must familiarise themselves with Chadstone’s Emergency Evacuation Plan and Emergency Procedures, this includes your contractors and subcontractors.

Loading Dock Map
Please make sure that you work safely within all loading dock areas. We need to keep them clear, so don’t use them for parking vehicles or storing goods.
The docks are for receiving or delivering items only.
Note that no build items can be taken through Chadstone entries and therefore need to fit through the service corridors from the specified loading dock to the site. These are 2000m (W) x 2000m (H).
