Getting Here
Your Arrival
Only 17km from Melbourne’s CBD and a 45-minute drive from Melbourne’s international and domestic airport at Tullamarine.
You can access Chadstone by car, bus or train. We are conveniently located on the way to major tourist destinations such as Phillip Island’s Penguin Parade and the Mornington Peninsula, which makes visiting easy.
Parking
CAR PARKS
We offer free car parking spaces, with six multi-level carparks and now the convenience of under cover Valet Parking with direct access to the centre, making it easier for you to visit your favourite stores.
All car parks have family friendly with select pram parking and 90 minutes parking zones for a more convenient shopping experience. Accessible parking spaces are available for guests with disability, as well as lifts.
You can find 90 minute parking zones in Car Park C and Car Park D with Valet Parking located on Level P1 of carpark A, accessed via Chadstone Road.

World-class facilities are available for your convenience. Fun Play Areas for the little ones, Parenting Rooms and Quiet Rooms. A Changing Places facility provides full sized change tables and hoists to meet the needs of people with disabilities.
Parcel Concierge
Chadstone is offering you an easy way to collect all of your purchases (online, phone orders, email orders) from the convenience of your car. It can be used for collecting products from our participating speciality stores such as fashion goods and household items.
There is one centralised collection point at Chadstone Valet. This is located on level P1 Car Park A, near David Jones, accessible off Chadstone Road. Simply follow the signage within the car park.
